I’m frustrated and sad worried

My Dog Over a Week Late and in a Crate for 10 Days!

I bought a dog and the breeder is in Florida they used use ship my dog was suppose to be here a week ago tommorow, she got in that crate on Sunday the 20th of November her arrival time keeps getting extended now it's suppose to be Thursday December first and I am sooo worried about her never did I think that she would be in that crate for 11 days and the stress I can't imagine the stress on her this is the first time I have ever did ground shipping my last 2 dogs I bought I flew in and had a much better experience and I am sure the pups did to this is just awful!

    Hi Lynn,

    I don't see that you have booked a shipment through uShip on this account. Did you find out about the dog on a classified ads website? If so, we've been made aware that some people are using uShip's logo and basic information to run fraudulent transactions. Have you paid this person through Western Union or MoneyGram, or was there anything that seemed fishy in their correspondence? Also, all official uShip emails will be from an @uship.com email address.

    If you think that you've been a victim of fraudulent activity, please contact the website where you learned of the dogs, as well as the Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3.gov).

    The dog is being shipped with your driver Bill Timmons, he was sent by Candy Neel of Florida he changed the daye again now it's not until late Friday night so now she will be in that crate for 12 days REALLY! This is absoluteley unacceptable not too mention the stress it will cause the dog NOT too mention everything she has been exposed to dogs coming on dogs going off the truck absolutley outrageous I would have never dreamed that my pet would end up being in that crate 3 times longer than the 4 days I was originally told! It just tears me up I have lost 2 days from work plus I took half a day off tomorrow and tonight now he tells not until late Friday this is rediculous not only am I paying the shipping but I have also lost 2 and a half days of work at 110 dollars a day I am willing to place bets come tomorrow or Friday it will be moved to Saturday! I will NEVER do this again or recommend this service to ANYBODY! I know he works for USHIP I have been following his balloons on ur map!

  • I would also like you to know 7 days ago he was within 7 hours of my house in Southern Iowa in Chillocothie MO< and headed for Pennsylvania, and today I am losing 11 hours from work because Tuesday he said she would be here NO later than Thursday, this is truly awful! Nice try with your reply I wouldn't want to admit this man worked for me either but I ABSOLUTLEY know he does!

    The transporters on this site are not employees of uShip. I just checked this transporters account, and I do not see a recent transaction between these members. They did work together in April of this year, but there has not been a booked shipment on uShip with these two people since.

    It looks like they arranged this shipment off-site, and uShip no longer has anything to do with it. You will need to be in contact with the breeder and the transporter regarding the shipment they worked out off of the uShip website.

    You should make a complaint to the animal cruelty dept in your state.
    The SPCA , and the police dept.
    Cruelty to animals has become a big problem lately & authorities are responding to complaints.
